How this universal EULA works
This Agreement is intended to apply across ArtDock games and platforms. Clauses dealing with accounts, multiplayer, voice or text chat, user-generated content, mods, downloadable content, virtual items, analytics, or other optional features apply only when the relevant Game actually provides or uses that feature.

1. Scope and Acceptance
1.1. Parties and Agreement
This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement” or “EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and ARTDOCK COMPANY S.R.L., a company established in the Republic of Moldova, IDNO 1022600031311, operating under the ArtDock Games brand (“ArtDock”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Games and Services described below, except where a particular Game is expressly governed by a separate end user license agreement.
1.2. Acceptance
You accept this Agreement by installing, downloading, accessing, launching, or using a Game or Service, or by selecting an acceptance control where one is presented. If you do not agree to this Agreement, you must not install, access, or use the applicable Game or Service.
If applicable law does not allow a contractual term in this Agreement to apply to you, that term will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in this Agreement limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived, including mandatory consumer rights.
1.3. Relationship with Other Terms
A Game may be subject to game-specific rules, notices, community guidelines, event rules, beta terms, or other supplemental terms. If such terms expressly state that they supplement this Agreement, both sets of terms apply. If there is a direct conflict, the game-specific terms control for that Game to the extent of the conflict.
Games may also be obtained through third-party stores, consoles, subscription services, or distribution platforms. Those providers may impose their own terms. Those terms govern your relationship with the relevant provider; this Agreement governs your relationship with ArtDock. Where a platform requires a particular rule as a condition of distribution, that platform-required rule will control only to the extent necessary for use of the Game on that platform.

2. Definitions
2.1. Game
“Game” means any video game, demo, trial, prototype, alpha or beta build, downloadable application, or other interactive software developed, published, or otherwise made available by ArtDock, together with patches, updates, upgrades, downloadable content (“DLC”), add-ons, associated software components, manuals, documentation, and other materials supplied with it, unless a separate license applies.
2.2. Services
“Services” means online, networked, account-based, community, communication, multiplayer, matchmaking, leaderboard, cloud, support, website, or other services provided by or on behalf of ArtDock in connection with a Game.
2.3. Content
“Content” means the software, source and object code, game data, characters, names, stories, dialogue, artwork, models, textures, animations, audio, music, videos, cinematics, user interface, virtual environments, gameplay systems, documentation, logos, trademarks, and other materials included in or made available through a Game or Service, excluding User-Generated Content to the extent owned by its creator.
2.4. Third-Party Platform
“Third-Party Platform” means a third-party storefront, operating platform, console network, account service, distribution service, or online infrastructure through which a Game or Service is acquired, authenticated, hosted, or used, including, where applicable, Steam, Epic Games, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, and other providers.

3. Eligibility and Minors
3.1. Legal Capacity
You may enter into this Agreement only if you have the legal capacity to do so under the law that applies to you. If you are under the age of legal majority in your country or region, you may use the Game only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where such consent or supervision is required.
3.2. Parental Responsibility
A parent or legal guardian who permits a minor to use a Game or Service is responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for supervising that use, reviewing applicable age ratings and parental controls, and ensuring that the minor complies with this Agreement.
3.3. Children and Privacy
Certain Games or Services may have age restrictions, family-account settings, communication restrictions, or other safeguards. ArtDock’s handling of personal data relating to children and family accounts is described in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, game-specific disclosures.

4. Third-Party Platforms and Accounts
4.1. Platform Accounts
Some Games require or use an account provided by a Third-Party Platform. Your platform account is governed by the platform provider’s terms and privacy policy. ArtDock does not control the provider’s account suspension, payment, subscription, refund, family-sharing, or other platform policies.
4.2. ArtDock Accounts (where applicable)
If a Game offers or requires an ArtDock-operated account, you must provide accurate information where requested, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You may not sell, rent, share, transfer, or permit unauthorized access to an ArtDock account except where expressly allowed by us.
You are responsible for activity performed through your ArtDock account to the extent that the activity results from your actions or from your failure to use reasonable security measures. We will not ask you to disclose a platform password to ArtDock.
4.3. User Names and Avatars
Where a Game allows a user name, display name, avatar, profile, or similar identifier, you must not use content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, threatening, harassing, obscene, or reasonably likely to impersonate another person or entity. We may require a change or remove such content where reasonably necessary to enforce this Agreement or applicable law.

5. License Grant
5.1. Limited License
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and to your valid entitlement to the applicable Game, ArtDock grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install, access, and use the Game and Services for your personal entertainment on compatible devices and accounts.
This license is a right to use the Game; it is not a sale or transfer of ownership in the Game, Content, or any intellectual property rights.
5.2. Devices, Family Sharing and Platform Features
You may use the Game on devices and through account-sharing or family-sharing features only to the extent permitted by the applicable Third-Party Platform and by this Agreement. Any platform feature that permits access by another person does not transfer ownership of the Game or create a separate license from ArtDock except as required by the platform’s rules.
5.3. Backups and Technical Copies
You may make copies that are automatically created by an authorized platform or reasonably necessary for installation, backup, or ordinary use, provided such copies are not distributed or used independently of the licensed Game. Any rights to make additional copies that cannot lawfully be restricted remain unaffected.
5.4. Gameplay Videos, Livestreams and Monetization
Notwithstanding the personal-use restriction in Section 5.1 and the restrictions in Section 6.1, ArtDock permits you to record, edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, publicly display, and livestream gameplay from Games that you are lawfully entitled to access, including in Let's Play videos, walkthroughs, reviews, tutorials, and similar video content. You may monetize such videos and livestreams, including through advertising revenue, sponsorships, donations, paid subscriptions, and channel memberships, without obtaining separate permission from ArtDock or paying royalties to ArtDock.
This permission includes displaying Game titles, logos, and other ArtDock branding as they appear in gameplay and using them in titles, descriptions, and thumbnails solely to identify the Game and your related video content. It does not allow you to falsely imply that ArtDock sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with you or your content.
Any embargo, non-disclosure obligation, or other restriction on recording, streaming, publication, or monetization separately agreed between you and ArtDock or its authorized representative takes precedence over this permission to the extent of a conflict. This includes restrictions accepted in a content creator agreement or in written electronic communications, such as email. You must comply with the agreed timing, scope, and conditions until the restriction expires or is waived in writing by ArtDock or its authorized representative.
This permission does not authorize distribution of the Game itself or separate sale or distribution of extracted Game assets. It covers only rights that ArtDock is entitled to grant and does not replace any permissions required for third-party music or other third-party material. Your videos and livestreams must comply with applicable law and the terms of the platforms on which they are shared.

6. Restrictions and Prohibited Uses
6.1. General Restrictions
Except where expressly permitted by this Agreement, by a separate ArtDock policy, by the applicable Third-Party Platform, or by mandatory law, you must not:
  • copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, transfer, or commercially exploit the Game or Content;
  • modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive source code, algorithms, data structures, or non-public protocols from the Game;
  • circumvent, disable, remove, tamper with, or defeat authentication, entitlement checks, digital rights management, anti-cheat systems, security measures, access controls, or technical restrictions;
  • use unauthorized cheats, trainers, bots, macros, automation, exploits, injected code, modified clients, packet manipulation, or similar tools to alter gameplay or obtain an unfair advantage;
  • operate or facilitate unauthorized servers, matchmaking services, emulators, or services that reproduce or materially substitute for ArtDock Services, except where permitted by law or by ArtDock;
  • scrape, harvest, index, intercept, collect, or extract non-public Game or Service data, user data, network traffic, or Content by automated means without authorization;
  • use the Game or Content to develop, train, fine-tune, validate, or populate a machine-learning or artificial-intelligence model or dataset without ArtDock’s prior written permission, except to the extent that such a restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
  • remove, obscure, or alter copyright, trademark, attribution, ownership, or other proprietary notices;
  • use the Game or Services for an unlawful purpose or in a way that violates the rights of ArtDock, another user, or any third party.
6.2. Lawful Exceptions
Nothing in this section restricts activities that applicable law expressly permits notwithstanding contractual restrictions. Where the law permits a restricted activity only after requesting information from the rights holder, you should contact ArtDock before undertaking that activity.

7. Intellectual Property
7.1. Ownership
The Games, Services, and Content are owned by ArtDock and/or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, database, design, and other intellectual property laws and international treaties. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
7.2. ArtDock Marks
ArtDock, ArtDock Games, Game titles, logos, characters, and other source identifiers may be trademarks or protected branding of ArtDock or its licensors. Except for the limited uses expressly permitted under Section 5.4, this Agreement does not grant you a trademark license. It does not grant you any right to imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
7.3. Third-Party Rights
Games may contain materials licensed from third parties. Those materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to additional license notices. You must comply with any applicable third-party license terms presented with the Game.

8. Online Services, Multiplayer, Security and Conduct
8.1. Online Features (where applicable)
A Game may include online multiplayer, matchmaking, player-hosted sessions, peer-to-peer networking, leaderboards, achievements, cloud features, voice or text communications, social features, or similar Services. Availability may depend on your internet connection, your platform account, subscriptions, network conditions, geographic availability, and third-party infrastructure.
8.2. Rules of Conduct
When using online or community features, you must not engage in conduct that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, disruptive, or harmful. Prohibited conduct includes, where applicable:
  • harassing, threatening, stalking, bullying, or deliberately disrupting other users;
  • using hate speech, unlawful discriminatory content, sexual exploitation material, or other content prohibited by applicable law;
  • impersonating another person, ArtDock employee, moderator, or third party, or misrepresenting your affiliation;
  • sharing another person’s private or personal information without authorization;
  • sending spam, unsolicited commercial messages, scams, phishing attempts, or fraudulent offers;
  • uploading malware, corrupted data, malicious code, or content designed to interfere with a Game or Service;
  • cheating, colluding, manipulating rankings or matchmaking, abusing bugs, or intentionally exploiting vulnerabilities;
  • interfering with servers, networks, sessions, other users’ connections, or the normal operation of a Service;
  • submitting knowingly false abuse reports or misusing moderation and support tools.
8.3. Security and Anti-Abuse Measures
To protect Games, Services, and users, ArtDock and its service providers may use technical measures designed to detect cheating, fraud, unauthorized modifications, security threats, or abuse. Any collection or processing of personal data through such measures is governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
8.4. Moderation and Enforcement
Where reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce this Agreement, comply with law, or maintain the integrity of a Game or Service, ArtDock may issue warnings, remove content, reset or invalidate affected rankings or progress, restrict communication features, suspend access, or terminate access to online Services. Measures may be temporary or permanent depending on the seriousness and recurrence of the conduct and on applicable law.
ArtDock is not required to monitor every user communication or item of User-Generated Content. We may review reports and available evidence and may cooperate with Third-Party Platforms or competent authorities where appropriate.

9. User-Generated Content and Feedback
9.1. User-Generated Content (where applicable)
Some Games or Services may allow you to create, upload, transmit, publish, display, or share content such as names, avatars, messages, images, videos, levels, designs, creations, comments, or other material (“User-Generated Content” or “UGC”). You remain responsible for your UGC and for ensuring that you have all rights and permissions necessary to submit it.
9.2. License to ArtDock
You retain ownership of original intellectual property rights you hold in your UGC. By submitting UGC through a Game or Service, you grant ArtDock and its service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, format, translate, display, perform, distribute, communicate, and otherwise use that UGC to operate, provide, secure, moderate, improve, market, and promote the relevant Game, Services, and ArtDock.
This license lasts for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and, where applicable, for the duration of the intellectual property rights in the UGC with respect to uses already made, archival copies, legal compliance, or materials that cannot reasonably be withdrawn. Where applicable law grants you non-waivable moral rights or similar rights, those rights remain unaffected.
9.3. UGC Standards
You must not submit UGC that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights; contains unlawful or malicious material; falsely represents its source; or otherwise violates this Agreement. ArtDock may remove or restrict access to UGC where reasonably necessary for legal, safety, operational, or enforcement reasons.
9.4. No Confidentiality
Unless ArtDock expressly agrees otherwise in writing, UGC, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, and other feedback you voluntarily submit are not confidential. Do not submit confidential information or third-party trade secrets through public or feedback channels.
9.5. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, proposals, or other feedback about a Game or Service, you grant ArtDock a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable right to use and exploit that feedback for any lawful purpose without compensation or obligation to you, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Mods and User-Created Add-ons
10.1. When Mods Are Permitted
You may create or use modifications, custom levels, add-ons, or similar user-created extensions (“Mods”) only where the applicable Game, official tools, platform, or ArtDock policy expressly permits them. A Game may prohibit Mods or limit the tools, distribution channels, or types of modifications that are allowed.
10.2. Ownership and License
You may own original creative elements that you independently create for a permitted Mod, but you do not acquire ownership of ArtDock Content used, referenced, adapted, or incorporated in the Mod. To the extent necessary for the Mod to function with or be distributed for the Game, ArtDock grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use permitted Game elements solely for creation and use of the Mod.
By distributing a Mod through an ArtDock-approved channel, you grant ArtDock a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to host, reproduce, modify for technical compatibility, display, distribute, promote, and otherwise use the Mod in connection with the Game and Services.
10.3. Mod Restrictions
Unless ArtDock expressly permits otherwise, Mods must be non-commercial and may not contain malware, unlawful content, infringing third-party material, or code intended to compromise security or interfere with Services. Separate terms of an approved modding platform may also apply.

11. Virtual Items, DLC, Purchases and Refunds
11.1. Digital Content and Virtual Items (where applicable)
A Game may offer DLC, expansions, cosmetic items, in-game currency, consumables, unlocks, or other digital entitlements (“Virtual Items”). Unless applicable law provides otherwise, Virtual Items are licensed digital content for use within the relevant Game or Service and do not give you ownership of underlying intellectual property or a general right to redeem them for money.
11.2. Purchases Through Third-Party Platforms
If you purchase a Game, DLC, subscription, or Virtual Item through a Third-Party Platform, the platform generally acts as the seller or payment processor for that transaction. Pricing, taxes, billing, payment methods, purchase authorization, cancellation, withdrawal rights, and refunds are governed by the platform’s terms and by applicable mandatory law.
11.3. Changes to Virtual Items
ArtDock may rebalance, update, rename, modify, or discontinue Virtual Items or their functionality where reasonably necessary for gameplay balance, technical operation, security, legal compliance, or service evolution. We will not use this clause to exclude remedies or rights that applicable law requires for purchased digital content.
11.4. No Unauthorized Trading
Unless the Game or an authorized platform expressly provides a transfer or marketplace feature, you may not sell, trade, rent, transfer, or exchange Virtual Items, Game accounts, or entitlements for real-world money or value. ArtDock is not responsible for unauthorized secondary-market transactions.

12. Updates, Changes and Availability of Services
12.1. Updates and Patches
ArtDock may provide patches, updates, upgrades, balance changes, compatibility updates, security fixes, or new content. Some updates may be required to continue using online features or to maintain compatibility with a Third-Party Platform. An update that replaces or supplements a Game remains subject to this Agreement unless accompanied by separate terms.
12.2. Service Availability
Online Services may be interrupted for maintenance, security, outages, provider failures, or other operational reasons. ArtDock does not guarantee uninterrupted or permanent availability of any online feature unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12.3. Changes or Discontinuation
ArtDock may change, suspend, or discontinue online features or Services where reasonably necessary for technical, security, legal, commercial, or operational reasons. Where a change materially affects purchased digital content or mandatory consumer rights, ArtDock will provide any notice, remedy, refund, or other measure required by applicable law or platform rules.
Discontinuation of an online Service does not by itself terminate your license to use offline portions of a Game that remain technically usable and for which you retain a valid entitlement, unless continued use is impossible, unlawful, or otherwise governed by mandatory platform requirements.
12.4. System Requirements
You are responsible for using compatible hardware, software, operating systems, network access, and platform accounts. Minimum and recommended requirements may change over time as a Game is updated. ArtDock is not responsible for third-party hardware, software, networks, or platform changes outside our reasonable control.

13. Privacy and Data Protection
13.1. Privacy Policy
ArtDock’s processing of personal data in connection with its website, Games, and Services is described in the ArtDock Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains, among other things, categories of data, purposes of processing, service providers, international transfers, retention, user rights, and game-specific disclosures.
The current Privacy Policy is available at: https://games.artdock.studio/Privacy-Policy
13.2. Platform and Service Providers
Third-Party Platforms and infrastructure providers may process personal data independently under their own privacy policies and terms. Depending on the Game, services may include platform authentication, multiplayer networking, analytics, voice or text communications, and related functionality. ArtDock’s handling of data it controls remains governed by its Privacy Policy and applicable law.
13.3. Game-Specific Disclosures
Where a particular Game materially differs from ArtDock’s default privacy practices, the Privacy Policy may include a game-specific disclosure. You should review the applicable Privacy Policy and any in-game privacy notices before using optional online, communication, analytics, or social features.

14. Health and Safety
14.1. General Precautions
Use Games in a safe environment and follow health, safety, ergonomic, and device instructions supplied by the relevant hardware manufacturer. Take reasonable breaks, avoid playing when excessively tired, and stop using a Game if you experience pain, dizziness, disorientation, nausea, eye strain, or other adverse symptoms.
14.2. Photosensitive Seizure Warning
A small percentage of people may experience seizures or other symptoms when exposed to flashing lights, patterns, or certain visual effects, even without a previous history of seizures. If you or a family member has a history of epilepsy or photosensitivity, consult a qualified medical professional before playing. Stop immediately and seek medical advice if you experience symptoms such as dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitching, loss of awareness, disorientation, involuntary movement, or convulsions.
14.3. Parents and Guardians
Parents and guardians should monitor children’s use of Games and should review platform parental controls and age ratings where relevant.

15. Third-Party Software, Services and Links
15.1. Third-Party Components
A Game may include third-party software, middleware, open-source components, fonts, libraries, codecs, or other materials. Separate license terms or notices may apply to those components. Where a third-party license grants you rights that conflict with a restriction in this Agreement, the third-party license controls with respect to that component.
15.2. External Services and Links
Games and Services may link to or interoperate with third-party websites, networks, accounts, stores, communication tools, or services. ArtDock does not control those independent services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, privacy practices, or contractual terms. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
15.3. Third-Party Platforms Are Separate
Except where a platform’s mandatory terms provide otherwise, a Third-Party Platform is not a party to this Agreement and does not assume ArtDock’s obligations under it. Nothing in this Agreement creates warranties or liabilities on behalf of a Third-Party Platform.

16. Disclaimers of Warranties
16.1. Statutory Rights Preserved
Nothing in this section excludes, restricts, or modifies a warranty, guarantee, remedy, or other consumer right that applicable law does not permit ArtDock to exclude, restrict, or modify.
16.2. As-Is and As-Available
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Games and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” with all faults. ArtDock disclaims implied warranties and conditions to the extent they can lawfully be disclaimed, including implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
16.3. No Guarantee of Continuous Operation
ArtDock does not warrant that a Game or Service will always be available, secure, compatible with every device or configuration, free from bugs or harmful components, or that online latency, matchmaking, network performance, cloud services, or third-party infrastructure will meet any particular level of performance.
16.4. Technical and Informational Accuracy
Game descriptions, documentation, support materials, websites, and in-game information may contain technical inaccuracies, typographical errors, or information that changes over time. ArtDock may correct such information without creating a separate warranty.

17. Limitation of Liability
17.1. Non-Excludable Liability
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be excluded, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct or gross negligence where applicable law prohibits limitation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
17.2. Excluded Losses
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ArtDock and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or data, arising out of or relating to a Game or Service, even if advised that such losses were possible.
17.3. Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ArtDock’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to a specific Game or Service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid for that Game and associated ArtDock digital content during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) EUR 100. This cap does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be capped.
17.4. Third-Party Causes
ArtDock is not responsible for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, including failures of internet providers, platform networks, hosting providers, operating systems, hardware, third-party services, power supplies, or unauthorized third-party activity, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

18. Suspension and Termination
18.1. Termination by You
You may terminate this Agreement with respect to a Game at any time by ceasing use and uninstalling all copies under your control. Termination does not automatically create a right to a refund except where required by applicable law or the seller’s refund policy.
18.2. Suspension or Termination by ArtDock
ArtDock may suspend or terminate access to a Game or Service if you materially or repeatedly breach this Agreement, engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity, create a material security risk, cheat or abuse online Services, or if suspension or termination is required by law or by an applicable platform. Where reasonable and legally required, ArtDock will provide notice and an opportunity to cure before permanent termination.
18.3. Effect of Termination
When your license to a Game is validly terminated for breach, you must stop using the Game and delete copies under your control, subject to any rights that cannot be waived. Termination of online Services does not necessarily terminate offline use as described in Section 12.3.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions concerning ownership, intellectual property, UGC licenses for prior uses, feedback, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law, dispute resolution, and miscellaneous terms.

19. Changes to this Agreement
19.1. Updates to the EULA
ArtDock may update this Agreement to reflect changes in Games, Services, technology, law, platform requirements, security practices, or business operations. The current version will identify its effective date and may be made available on the ArtDock website, in a Game, or through the relevant platform.
19.2. Material Changes
If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, ArtDock will provide notice or obtain acceptance where required by applicable law. Changes will not retroactively deprive you of mandatory rights or remedies relating to content already purchased. If you do not accept a change that validly requires acceptance, you may need to stop using affected online Services or features.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
20.1. Governing Law
This Agreement and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or relating to it are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
20.2. Consumer Rights in Your Country
If you are a consumer, the choice of Moldovan law does not deprive you of mandatory protections that apply under the law of your country or region of habitual residence where those protections cannot be waived by contract.
20.3. Informal Resolution
Before starting formal proceedings, you and ArtDock are encouraged to attempt to resolve the dispute by written notice describing the issue and the requested resolution. This paragraph does not delay or restrict any right to seek urgent relief or any statutory deadline.
20.4. Courts and Jurisdiction
Subject to mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules, the courts of Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this Agreement. If applicable law gives you the right as a consumer to bring or defend proceedings in the courts of your habitual residence or another competent forum, this Agreement does not remove that right.

21. Miscellaneous
21.1. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with any applicable game-specific terms, platform-required terms, and incorporated policies, forms the agreement between you and ArtDock concerning the subject matter covered here and supersedes prior understandings on that subject, except in cases of fraud or where applicable law provides otherwise. This Section does not supersede any separately agreed embargo, non-disclosure obligation, or content creator terms referred to in Section 5.4.
21.2. Severability
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
21.3. No Waiver
A failure or delay by ArtDock in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of that provision or of any other right.
21.4. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or your license except where applicable law or an authorized platform feature permits it. ArtDock may assign this Agreement in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, financing, sale of assets, transfer of a Game or business line, or similar transaction, provided your mandatory rights are not reduced.
21.5. Force Majeure
ArtDock will not be liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, labor disputes, government action, widespread network or hosting failures, power failures, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party infrastructure, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.
21.6. Export Controls and Sanctions
You must comply with trade, export-control, and sanctions laws that lawfully apply to your use of the Game or Services. You may not use a Game or Service where such use is prohibited by applicable law.
21.7. Language
The English version of this Agreement is the controlling version unless applicable law requires another language or provides that a localized version prevails. Translations may be provided for convenience.
21.8. Headings
Section titles and headings are for convenience only and do not limit the meaning of the provisions.
