Where a payment is processed by an external payment provider, ArtDock generally does not receive your complete payment-card number or card security code.

We ask that you do not provide personal data that is unnecessary for the purpose of your communication with us.

A2. Information Collected Automatically Through the Site

When you access our Site, certain technical information may be processed automatically by our hosting, security, and analytics infrastructure.

- maintain Site functionality;
- remember basic preferences;
- measure traffic and performance;

ArtDock does not use Site cookies for behavioral advertising or cross-site advertising profiling unless this Privacy Policy is updated to state otherwise.

Where applicable law requires consent before non-essential cookies or analytics technologies are activated, we will request that consent.

You may also manage cookies through your browser settings.

Performance of a Contract

We may process personal data where processing is necessary to provide a service or feature you requested, perform an agreement with you, or take steps at your request before entering into an agreement.

Legitimate Interests

We may process data where necessary for our legitimate interests, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.

Our legitimate interests may include:

- operating and securing our Site and Games;
- providing and maintaining online functionality;
- detecting fraud and abuse;
- diagnosing technical problems;

We rely on consent where applicable law requires it, including for certain marketing communications, optional analytics, communications features, or other processing activities requiring opt-in consent.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Legal Obligation

We may process information where necessary to comply with a legal obligation applicable to ArtDock.

A6. Sharing and Disclosure

ArtDock does not sell personal data.

We may disclose personal data to the following categories of recipients.

We may use third parties to provide:

- website hosting;
- cloud infrastructure;
- analytics;
- email delivery;
- customer-support systems;
- authentication;

- Unity Technologies;
- Epic Games;

- Microsoft;
- Sony Interactive Entertainment;
- Nintendo; and
- other platform or infrastructure providers.

The role of each provider may differ depending on the service. A provider may process data on ArtDock's behalf, independently for its own platform services, or in different roles for different processing activities.

If you subscribe to ArtDock marketing communications, we may use your email address to send newsletters, product announcements, and similar communications.

You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the message or by contacting:

[[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])

Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not automatically delete information we are permitted or required to retain for another purpose.

A8. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for legitimate operational, legal, security, and compliance purposes.

Retention periods may depend on:

- the type of information;
- the service involved;
- the duration of our relationship with you;
- technical requirements;
- security and fraud-prevention requirements;
- applicable contractual requirements; and
- applicable law.

When information is no longer required, we delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it where reasonably possible.

Additional information regarding Game data is provided in Part B.

A9. International Data Transfers

ArtDock is established in the Republic of Moldova.

Our providers may process information in other countries, including countries outside your country of residence, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use legally recognized transfer mechanisms, which may include:

- adequacy decisions;
- Standard Contractual Clauses;
- appropriate contractual safeguards; or
- another lawful transfer mechanism.

Third-party gaming platforms may separately transfer data under their own privacy practices.

A10. Children

The Site is not specifically directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly request personal data directly from children under 13 through the Site without any authorization or parental consent required by applicable law.

Higher age thresholds may apply in certain countries.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe a child has provided personal data to ArtDock in violation of applicable law, contact:

[[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])

We will investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.

Game-specific child and family-account practices are described in Part B.

A11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and the applicable law, you may have the right to:

- access personal data we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request deletion;
- request restriction of processing;
- object to certain processing;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- request portability of certain information;
- obtain information about certain recipients or disclosures; and
- lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority.

Some rights are subject to legal exceptions or limitations.

To exercise rights relating to information controlled by ArtDock, contact:

[[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])

For Game data, we may require the relevant Game title, platform, platform account identifier, EOS Product User ID, Unity identifier, or other technical information necessary to locate the relevant records.

We will not request more information than reasonably necessary to process or verify your request.

Information independently controlled by a platform provider may need to be requested directly from that provider.

A12. United States Privacy Disclosures

Where applicable U.S. state privacy laws apply, ArtDock does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

Unless Part C states otherwise, ArtDock also does not use or disclose Game information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted behavioral advertising.

Where applicable law provides additional rights, ArtDock will honor those rights to the extent required.

A13. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, destruction, or disclosure.

Depending on the system involved, these measures may include:

- encrypted network connections;
- authentication and access controls;
- restricted access to production systems;
- logging and monitoring;
- infrastructure security measures; and
- security controls provided by our platform and service providers.

No electronic transmission or information-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

A14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our Games, Site, service providers, technologies, or legal obligations change.

When we update it, we will revise the Effective Date shown above.

Where applicable law requires additional notice or renewed consent for a material change, we will provide it.

---

Part B — ArtDock Games
This Part B describes the default privacy practices applicable to ArtDock Games.

Not every Game necessarily uses every service described below.

Where a particular Game materially differs from these default practices, the difference will be described in Part C.

B1. Categories of Game Data

Depending on the Game, platform, and features you use, ArtDock and its service providers may process the following categories of information.

B1.1. Platform and Online-Service Identifiers

Our Games may use pseudonymous account or service identifiers such as:

- Steam ID;
- Xbox platform identifier;
- PlayStation platform identifier;
- Nintendo platform identifier;
- Epic Online Services Product User ID (“PUID”);
- Unity Analytics identifiers; and
- other game-specific or service-specific technical identifiers.

These identifiers are used to recognize an account, installation, session, or player profile without requiring ArtDock to obtain your platform password.

Although such identifiers may not reveal your real-world identity directly, they may constitute personal data because they can distinguish one account or user from another.

We therefore treat them as personal data where required by applicable law.

B1.2. Gameplay Data

We may process information relating to how you use a Game, including:

- sessions played;
- session duration;
- levels or stages entered or completed;
- gameplay progression;
- gameplay events;
- game-mode selection;
- menu or feature interactions;
- achievements;
- gameplay statistics;
- multiplayer events;
- game version; and
- similar information relating to Game operation and usage.

We use this information to operate and improve our Games, investigate problems, balance gameplay, understand feature usage, and make development decisions.

B1.3. Technical and Diagnostic Data

Our Games and service providers may process technical information such as:

- IP address;
- network and connection information;
- hardware characteristics;
- operating-system information;
- device or installation identifiers;
- game version and build;
- platform type;
- crash and error information;
- diagnostic logs; and
- performance information.

This information may be used for:

- Game operation;
- networking;
- troubleshooting;
- security;
- fraud or abuse prevention;
- performance analysis; and
- product improvement.

B2. Platform Authentication and Epic Online Services

ArtDock Games may use Epic Online Services (“EOS”) to provide cross-platform online functionality.

Platform Authentication

Where EOS is used, a player may be authenticated using credentials or authentication tokens provided by the platform on which the Game is running.

Supported identity providers may include platforms such as:

- Steam;
- Xbox;
- PlayStation;
- Nintendo; and
- other supported platforms.

ArtDock does not require you to provide your platform password to ArtDock or EOS for this process.

Instead, the applicable platform authenticates the player and provides the authentication information necessary for the Game to establish the player's online identity.

EOS Product User ID

EOS may assign a Product User ID (PUID) associated with the player for purposes of EOS Game Services.

The PUID may be associated with the player's external platform identity so that the same online-service profile can be used for supported cross-platform functionality.

ArtDock may process the PUID and related platform identifier for purposes including:

- authentication;
- cross-platform identity;
- multiplayer;
- player-hosted sessions;
- matchmaking or session discovery;
- networking;
- maintaining online-service state;
- security; and
- troubleshooting.

Using EOS Game Services does not necessarily require the player to provide an Epic Games Account directly to ArtDock.

If a particular Game separately uses Epic Account Services or requires an Epic Games Account, this will be disclosed in Part C.

B3. Multiplayer and EOS Peer-to-Peer Networking

Certain ArtDock Games use EOS Peer-to-Peer (“P2P”) networking to provide multiplayer gameplay.

In a player-hosted P2P multiplayer session, one or more players' game clients communicate through networking infrastructure used to establish and maintain the multiplayer connection.

EOS and the Game may process information necessary for this purpose, including:

- EOS Product User IDs;
- session identifiers;
- connection and networking metadata;
- IP and network information;
- connection status;
- lobby or session information;
- technical routing information; and
- diagnostic information associated with multiplayer connectivity.

We use this information solely as reasonably necessary to:

- establish multiplayer connections;
- maintain multiplayer sessions;
- route game traffic;
- reconnect players;
- detect networking problems;
- protect multiplayer infrastructure; and
- diagnose connection failures.

P2P multiplayer is not used by ArtDock for behavioral advertising or profiling.

Depending on the applicable EOS networking architecture and network conditions, communications may be routed through infrastructure operated by Epic or otherwise processed as necessary to establish the P2P connection.

B4. Platform Services

Our Games may be distributed through or interact with third-party gaming platforms, including:

- Steam / Steamworks — Valve Corporation
- Xbox — Microsoft
- PlayStation — Sony Interactive Entertainment
- Nintendo platforms — Nintendo

These providers independently process information relating to:

- platform accounts;
- storefronts;
- payments;
- subscriptions;
- platform hardware;
- friends and social systems;
- family and parental controls;
- achievements;
- cloud functionality; and
- other platform services,

according to their own privacy policies.

A Game may also receive limited platform data required to provide Game functionality.

Depending on the platform and Game, this may include:

- platform account identifier;
- display name or gamertag;
- authentication information;
- game or DLC entitlement status;
- achievements;
- leaderboard information;
- friends information where required for a feature;
- multiplayer or session information;
- cloud-save information;
- account privileges;
- communication privileges;
- parental or family-account status made available by the platform; and
- other information necessary for a platform feature.

Where ArtDock receives or processes such information, ArtDock's processing is governed by this Privacy Policy.

ArtDock does not receive your platform account password.

ArtDock also does not receive your complete payment-card details merely because a Game or DLC is purchased through a third-party platform.

B5. Voice and Text Chat

Certain multiplayer Games may provide voice chat and text chat through Unity Vivox.

Participation in voice or text communications involves processing information necessary to provide those communications.

Depending on the feature used, this may include:

- a player or developer-defined user identifier;
- device identifier;
- network information;
- truncated IP information;
- voice communications;
- text communications;
- channel or conversation identifiers;
- communication-session information;
- mute, block, or communication settings; and
- other technical information required to operate the communications service.

Voice Chat

When you use voice chat, your voice data is processed in order to transmit your communication to other players participating in the relevant voice channel.

ArtDock does not use voice communications for behavioral advertising.

Unless a particular Game's Part C disclosure states otherwise, ArtDock does not intentionally operate a permanent archive of ordinary player voice conversations.

If a Game enables voice recording, moderation evidence storage, automated analysis, or another form of persistent voice processing beyond ordinary delivery of the communication, that processing will be identified in Part C where required.

Text Chat

When you use text chat, the content of messages you send is processed to deliver those messages to other participants.

Text-chat data may also be temporarily retained by the communications provider as necessary to operate the service.

If a Game uses additional text moderation, reporting, moderation evidence, automated filtering, or extended chat retention, that processing may involve additional storage or analysis and will be described in Part C where materially different from the default practices described here.

Communication Controls

Depending on the Game and platform, players may have access to communication controls such as:

- mute;
- block;
- channel selection;
- platform privacy settings; and
- parental or family communication restrictions.

Where applicable law requires consent for a particular form of voice, recording, monitoring, or communications processing, the relevant consent or notice will be provided before that processing is enabled.

B6. Unity Analytics

Some ArtDock Games use Unity Analytics to understand Game usage and improve technical and gameplay quality.

Depending on the Game and configuration, Unity Analytics may process information including:

- IP address;
- installation-specific identifier;
- analytics user identifier;
- device or technical information;
- game version;
- gameplay events; and
- other technical or gameplay events configured by ArtDock.

We may use analytics to understand:

- Game stability;
- progression;
- gameplay balance;
- feature usage;
- technical performance;
- crashes or errors; and
- general patterns of Game usage.

ArtDock does not intentionally send names, email addresses, voice-chat content, text-chat content, platform passwords, or payment-card information through developer-defined analytics events.

We do not use Unity Analytics for behavioral advertising.

Where applicable law requires consent for optional analytics, analytics will be subject to the applicable consent or opt-out mechanism.

B7. Unity Multiplayer and Configuration Services

Certain Games may use additional Unity Gaming Services such as Unity Lobby or Unity Remote Config.

Where these services are enabled, they may process technical or pseudonymous information necessary to provide the relevant functionality.

Unity Lobby

Where Unity Lobby is used, information may be processed to create, discover, join, maintain, or leave multiplayer lobbies or sessions.

This may include:

- player identifier;
- IP or connection information;
- lobby identifier;
- lobby membership;
- session information; and
- developer-defined lobby or player data.

ArtDock does not intentionally place directly identifying personal information into developer-defined lobby fields.

Unity Remote Config

Where Unity Remote Config is used, technical and pseudonymous information may be processed to determine which remote Game configuration should be delivered to a Game installation or player.

ArtDock does not intentionally place personal communications or other sensitive player information into Remote Config fields.

B8. Purposes of Game Data Processing

We may process Game data for purposes including:

- authenticating players;
- recognizing platform and online-service accounts;
- providing cross-platform functionality;
- providing multiplayer;
- establishing P2P connections;
- operating multiplayer sessions and lobbies;
- providing voice chat;
- providing text chat;
- providing achievements and leaderboards;
- verifying Game or DLC entitlement;
- maintaining Game functionality;
- providing customer and technical support;
- diagnosing crashes and errors;
- improving Game stability;
- understanding gameplay and feature usage;
- balancing and improving Games;
- detecting and preventing cheating, fraud, abuse, and security threats;
- enforcing applicable rules and terms; and
- complying with applicable law.

B9. Legal Bases for Game Processing

Where applicable law requires ArtDock to identify a legal basis, the applicable basis depends on the processing activity.

Game and Online Functionality

Processing reasonably necessary to:

- authenticate the player;
- connect to EOS;
- establish multiplayer sessions;
- provide P2P networking;
- provide platform functionality;
- verify entitlement;
- provide requested voice or text communications; or
- otherwise provide a Game feature requested by the player

may be based on performance of a contract or our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Game, as permitted by applicable law.

Security and Diagnostics

Processing necessary to:

- protect online services;
- prevent cheating, abuse, or fraud;
- investigate crashes;
- diagnose serious errors; or
- maintain network and service reliability

may be based on ArtDock's legitimate interests, contractual necessity, or another lawful basis available under applicable law.

Analytics

Where applicable law requires consent for optional analytics or similar telemetry, ArtDock relies on your consent.

Where an analytics opt-in is presented, the processing subject to that choice will not be activated until the required consent has been obtained.

You may withdraw consent through the privacy or settings controls provided by the relevant Game where available.

Communications

Voice and text communications are normally processed because you choose to use the relevant communication feature.

Additional consent may be requested where required by applicable communications, privacy, recording, or child-protection law.

B10. Data Retention

We retain Game data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, subject to the technical operation and retention settings of the relevant service.

Different categories of information may have different retention periods.

Analytics Data

Analytics data may be retained according to the retention configuration applicable to the relevant Unity Analytics project and applicable law.

EOS Data

EOS-related identifiers, authentication mappings, session information, and other service information may be retained as necessary to provide EOS services, maintain security, and comply with applicable requirements.

Epic may separately retain information under the terms applicable to EOS.

Voice and Text Communications

Voice data used for real-time voice communications is generally processed for delivery of the communication rather than as a permanent ArtDock voice archive, unless Part C states otherwise.

Text-chat data and associated communications metadata may be retained temporarily as required by the communications service and any Game safety or moderation features.

Where ArtDock enables longer-term communications retention, recording, or moderation evidence storage, this will be disclosed where required.

Platform Data

Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, and other platform providers independently determine retention of information they control.

ArtDock may separately retain platform identifiers and related Game information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Game and its online functionality.

B11. Access and Deletion Requests for Game Data

You may request access to or deletion of personal data controlled by ArtDock by contacting:
[email protected]

To help us locate pseudonymous Game records, please provide where reasonably available:

- the Game title;
- the platform used;
- the relevant platform account identifier;
- EOS Product User ID;
- Unity identifier; and
- any other technical identifier displayed by the Game for privacy or support purposes.

Because Game data is often pseudonymous, ArtDock may be unable to locate a particular record based only on a person's real name or email address.

We will not require unnecessary additional personal information merely to re-identify a pseudonymous player.

A deletion request submitted to ArtDock does not automatically delete personal data independently controlled by:

- Valve;
- Microsoft;
- Sony Interactive Entertainment;
- Nintendo;
- Epic Games;
- Unity; or
- another independent platform provider.

You may need to exercise privacy rights separately with those providers.

B12. Children and Family Accounts

ArtDock Games are intended for general gaming audiences and are not specifically directed to children under 13 unless Part C expressly states otherwise.

Some gaming platforms provide supervised, child, teen, or family accounts and parental-control features.

Where ArtDock knows, including through a platform-provided signal where available, that a user is a child for purposes of applicable law, we will apply applicable child-privacy requirements.

This may include:

- limiting processing to information reasonably necessary for Game functionality;
- respecting platform communication and parental-control restrictions;
- disabling or restricting certain social or communications features;
- avoiding behavioral advertising;
- avoiding advertising profiling;
- obtaining parental consent where ArtDock is legally required to do so; and
- applying other protections required by applicable law.

The existence of a platform-managed child account or parental-consent mechanism does not automatically mean that the platform's consent covers every processing activity conducted by ArtDock.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe ArtDock has processed information relating to a child in violation of applicable law, contact:
[email protected]

B13. Advertising

Unless Part C expressly states otherwise, ArtDock Games do not:

- display third-party behavioral advertisements;
- use advertising SDKs for targeted advertising;
- use player communications for advertising;
- use Game telemetry to create advertising profiles; or
- sell player data to advertising networks.

If a future Game materially changes these practices, the relevant Part C entry will identify the additional processing and applicable privacy choices.

B14. Purchases

Purchases made through Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, Epic, or another third-party storefront are processed primarily by the applicable storefront.

ArtDock generally does not receive complete payment-card credentials from these platforms.

We may receive limited information necessary to:

- verify ownership of a Game;
- verify DLC or content entitlement;
- activate or restore content;
- provide purchase-related support; or
- investigate a transaction-related technical issue.

This information may include a product identifier, transaction-related identifier, entitlement record, or purchase status.

If a Game introduces a materially different direct-payment flow, it will be disclosed in Part C.

B15. No Sale or Behavioral Advertising

ArtDock does not sell Game personal data.

Unless Part C expressly states otherwise, ArtDock does not use or disclose Game personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted behavioral advertising.

Voice and text communications are not used by ArtDock for behavioral advertising.

B16. Third-Party Services

Depending on the Game and platform, third-party providers may include:

- Epic Games — Epic Online Services
- Unity Technologies — Unity Analytics and Vivox
- Valve Corporation — Steam / Steamworks
- Microsoft — Xbox
- Sony Interactive Entertainment — PlayStation
- Nintendo
- additional providers identified in Part C.

Each provider's own privacy policy applies to processing that the provider performs independently.

This Privacy Policy governs ArtDock's processing of information that ArtDock controls, including information received from these services.

---

Part C — Game-Specific Disclosures

Only material exceptions or additions to Part B need to be listed in Part C.

A Game should receive a Part C entry where, for example, it:

- displays advertising;
- uses an additional analytics provider;
- uses a materially different online-services provider;
- requires an ArtDock account containing an email address;
- records or persistently stores voice chat;
- performs additional voice or text moderation;
- retains communications for a materially longer period;
- includes user-generated content;
- provides public user profiles;
- includes additional social functionality;
- uses direct ArtDock-operated payments;
- collects additional categories of personal data; or
- otherwise materially differs from Part B.

If a Game has no Part C entry, Part B applies without additional Game-specific exceptions.

Current Game-Specific Entries
No game-specific exceptions are listed unless expressly added below.
